The Joy of CNY

CNY should be filled with fun and laughters
and of course, good food!

Went to Nihonkai for lunch with family
Then went to Bangsar Village Mall to walk around before heading back home.
Had a pre-reunion steamboat dinner at home with my family
Simple yet satisfying

Looks delicious eh? ^^

The pretty wasabi!
Orchids @ Aunty Annie's nursery

The xiang xiang flowers

A table full of goodies

Me fav <3

On CNY eve, we started our day with yummy dim sum @ Puchong
Gotta wait 10 minutes before we manage to grab a table
but it was worth the wait
Superb siu mai and har kao
*No pictures*
Then went to IOI to shop with mum before heading to grandmother's place for mahjong session
Dinner @ Chong Hwa again after 2 years of eating in
Sad to say that the dinner was bad
Bad food, bad service
We need a change of place for our reunion dinner!
Gladly the companion was worth the time
The lou sang was on the table already when we arrived!

Grandma and uncle

Aunty and me (LOL WPK!)

Mummy and me
First day of CNY~
dong dong dong chiaaang~
Went to MV to shop with mummy again
while daddy and brother balik kampung
Got a new purse for myself, jeans for mummy, shirt for daddy and cap for brother
Head to grandmother's house again for mahjong session
Too bad WPK is not around
as there were not enough people to open another table for blackjack
:(

Today, the second day of CNY is much better
^^
Wanted to go to Tomoe for japanese food but sadly it was close
Then head to Pyramid to look for Sushi Zanmai
BUT!
It was close too
:(
Resort to Kim Gary as we were to lazy to walk around anymore
Yummy yummy black pepper beef and spaghetti

Cheese baked rice and beef

Nice decorations @ Pyramid

Then to grandmother's house to GAMBLE!
Most important event of the year!
Love every moment of it even though I did not win
hahaha
It is a very memorable moment as 3 generations squeeze on a small table to gamble and laugh till our tummy hurts and tears drop
Tomorrow shall be a luckier day
;)
Then had a great dinner at Little Saigon
Being stuck in KK during CNY is kinda boring as most restaurants are closed
Yummy vermicelli and popiah
I shall be a few KG heavier during this CNY as there are too much good food
;)
Cheers!
Happy Chinese New Year to all!
Oh ya, I want curly hair after CNY!
hehe

Eat and Shop till you drop

Boss is so sweet to treat us all to Shogun
^^
So all of us working at Enopi get to go enjoy ourselves
Tumpang-ed ZT's car together with Kylie and WH.
We went earlier to get parking yet we are still later than other shoppers who flooded Pyramid earlier
Reached at 11am and shopping spree begins before we filled our tummy
Dear Kylie seems like she never shop for 1 year and was hyper active running and skipping from one shop into another while I try to keep up
The guys, being very sweet and gentlemen was dragged along
We were even late to meet up the boss and other colleagues!
Then we stuffed ourselves until we no longer could move
Food was okay lar. Nothing special to shout out about.
Dad says that my mouth is spoiled (^^")
Too much good food

Next on, Kylie, being Kylie, continue shopping. From Nichi to Brands Outlet and FOS
And she sure will come out with something
Had a really great day shopping around with her while the guys are kinda bored, waiting for us and take our shopping bags.
This kind of event should happen more often!
Too bad there is not enough time for movie
There is always next time

Melaka Trip

Went to Melaka to visit the cry baby aka my brother
Took the advantage to venture to Jonker street in search of yummy foods
Me likey Melaka!
Love the shoplots
Love the clothes sold
Love the pasar malam
Most importantly love the food there!
The cendol is the one thing I missed the most
Had 2 bowls per day in 2 hours time!
Yea, went there two days so had 4 bowls
We were starving by the time we reached Jonker Street the first day so we simply entered a restaurant to munch on chicken rice balls
Then had a brief walk along the streets
Brought a nice tee and bag at very cheap price
Then head home to work
T.T
Went to Melaka again the next day
This time we attacked the nyonya laksa!
Of course, more cendol.
It was Friday night so there is a pasar malam along Jonker Street
Thus more shopping and eating to do
<3
I want to go Melaka again for cendol!
And shopping~
^^V
Potato Potato my fav

Chicken rice balls with black bean soup. All this for RM18

Yummiest bowl of cendol. Better that those at J88

YUMMY LAKSA!

Brother in NS

Sent him off at Putrajaya yesterday
There he goes to Melaka
He made a few calls back, complaining about the food and toilet
Poor him

Mum: Go call him and chat with him before you work
Me: Don't want. I sent him a long sms and he replied me one word
Mum: -.-
Me: -.-

ahaha
Can't wait to go Melaka this weekend to visit him and see his botak head.

Goodness

Learn to forgive and forget.

Can I?
Can I not?
