Been sleeping too much today
so staying up a little late tonight to make up for the lost time

In Food Preservation class today,
we came across an example of food drying: carrots dip into hot starch to prevent loss of carotenoids.
Then, most of us OOOOHHH at that
and randomly, Dr Leong asked us if we are interested in making this into a lab session!
Of course we are! Provided that we do not have to do lab report on it..!
hehe
so Dr Leong gave us this opportunity to carry out this experiment in few weeks time
providing the materials and place needed!

I do hope she decides to bring freeze dried fruits to class as well..!
I remembered very well that she is very keen to bring goodies to classes last semester for Human Nutrition class. We had chips (Pringles) fried in some way or whatever that was different from the normal Pringles
and also Stevia.
Prof Gary's class is still boring (Taxanomy is so not fun -.- sighhh)
but he is still very funny!
Must be extra careful around the campus in case he saw anyone of us playing games or just sitting around chit chatting. Blehhh
hahaha
He is one childish professor that loves to run.
