PTPTN

Yesterday was the day we hand in our form to the PTPTN staff that came to Monash. I thought the process will only last form at most 5 minutes but then... DISAPPOINTED..  The email mentioned that we can hand in our form anytime from 9am to 4pm but they did not mention that there were a short briefing at 9am. When Po Keng and me walked into the room, there were alot of people sitting on chairs, filling up forms or so. Then we saw an empty counter so PK walked over to it and hand up her form. Then those traffic light ladies (There were 3 ladies, each wearing red, yellow and green baju kurungs) said something like "You just came? Go and ask your friends what you should do before you come here" We were shocked as we did not know what else we need to do besides handing in our form. They actually made us to marked our supporting document with "Untuk Kegunaan PTPTN" which in my opinion, THEIR job. Feeling pissed, we sat aside to do it. Every page of supporting document needed to be marked so yeah, it is torturing as there were about more than 10 pages to go.    Then PK's stamp was rejected as her stamps were the old versions one. Shi Xian, which was there since 9am have not even had her documents done due to some mistakes that the person who certify our documents did. She has to reprint her document and get her parent's signature again. Pity her. Then the staff were on break from 12-2pm. At 2pm, one of the staff announced that they will close the counter at 3pm ++ even though they are quite a number of students who has not hand in their form. -.-" Thank God there was a man staff which is less strict and kind of helpful.

During lunch, Rachel, Vivienne, Zixin, PK and me chit chat alot and we continue to talk until its time to go back XD Ended up not studying. =)
